The Innovator is the breed for fast food chains worldwide. Ideal for the typical fast food fries, especially appreciated for its length and taste. The Innovator grows on traditional Dutch clay soils.
The Fontane is the basic breed for the processing industry. Perfect for the tastiest fries. Renowned for its high yield and coarse grading. The Fontane grows especially well on Dutch sandy soils, but also on clay.
The Markies is the ideal breed for the chip industry. The Marquis still has excellent baking quality, especially at the end of the storage season. It is processed from April to August.
The Agria is ideal for the fresh chip industry or other processing applications. The Agria is especially popular as an export potato in Southern Europe.
The Challenger is a fairly new breed and is considered the replacement for the well-known Bintje. The Challenger is the potato for basic fries and, because of its less coarse grading, it is also ideal for processing into potato slices or wedges.
